Our policies on class and private appointments are as follows:

GROUP LESSONS:
Registering for a spot in class requires payment in full in order to secure your spot. There will be no refund or credit issued after registration and payment is made.

PRIVATE OBEDIENCE LESSONS:
Private obedience lessons purchased in packages of 2 – 4 lessons must be completed within 8 weeks of the first lesson. Lessons not completed within 8 weeks are no longer valid. Booked lessons are considered appointments and are non transferrable once booked. If you need to change an appointment time, this must be done within 5 business days of the scheduled appointment, or it will be considered used. Example, Appointment 2 of 4 is booked for Thursday May 18th at 230pm. Client calls Wednesday May 17th, wanting to move appointment to another day. That appointment 2 of 4 is no longer, the next appointment booked would be 3 of 4. Exception: If the cancellation is due to medical reasons, a vet note stating the animal is not to attend training, along with specific dates as to when the problem started and will be clear will result in the appointment being changed to a later date.

PRIVATE CONSULTS:
Private consults require a non refundable non transferable deposit at the time of booking. Balance of the payment is due at the time of the appointment.

Credits / Refunds or extension of time, may be issued at the discretion of Canada’s Canine Academy.
